Rasdhoo Madivaru (the 'Horseshoe', also Madivaru Corner / Hammerhead Point) is the outer reef edge off Madivaru, on the eastern side of small Rasdhoo Atoll, where a reef tongue meets deep open water. It is a dawn blue-water/drift dive run from roughly the reef line at about 28 m out over the drop-off. The signature draw is schooling scalloped hammerheads in the blue at first light, with grey reef sharks and other pelagics; strong current makes it an advanced dive. Best conditions are generally the northeast-monsoon dry season.
