We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, browser type, and referring URLs through privacy-friendly analytics.

Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with resort partners solely to fulfil booking requests you initiate, and with service providers who assist in operating our website under strict confidentiality agreements.

AI concierge, chat and voice
Some pages offer an AI concierge. When you use it, you are interacting with a machine-generated assistant, not a human travel specialist. We may process and store your chat messages, voice-call transcripts, selected resort, session metadata, and any contact details you choose to provide so we can answer your enquiry, improve the service, and follow up where appropriate.
Voice audio is streamed to our AI voice provider to generate a live response. We do not store voice audio recordings in our own database, but we may store the resulting text transcript when a voice session ends successfully.
AI requests may be processed by service providers including Google Gemini for language and voice responses, ElevenLabs for text-to-speech where enabled, Supabase for database hosting, and our analytics or error-monitoring providers where needed to operate and secure the service.
Please do not send sensitive details.
AI conversations may be reviewed by Resortlife or an authorised resort/agency partner team for quality, safety, lead handling, and customer support. Do not send payment card numbers, passport details, national ID numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the AI concierge. A human specialist will use a safer channel if those details are ever required for a booking.
We keep AI conversation records only as long as needed for enquiry handling, service improvement, security, and legal record-keeping. Operational logs and transcripts are reviewed periodically and may be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
