COMO Cocoa Island is a private-island resort in the South Malé Atoll, Maldives, accessible by a 25-minute speedboat transfer. The property features 33 overwater accommodations, designed to resemble traditional Maldivian dhonis, and one restaurant serving a fusion of Indian and Pacific Rim cuisine. The resort completed a full renovation in January 2020. Its distinctive features include an exceptional house reef with fluorescent corals, allowing for snorkeling directly from the villas, and the COMO Shambhala Retreat spa, which offers yoga, meditation, and a range of treatments. The resort is noted for its spacious, well-maintained villas and detailed design, catering particularly to couples and those focused on wellness and marine access.
