The resort
SAii Lagoon Maldives, part of Hilton's Curio Collection, sits on Emboodhoo Lagoon in South Malé Atoll and is reached from Velana International Airport by a 45-minute speedboat or a 15-minute seaplane, with shuttle boats running at regular intervals. The resort holds 128 rooms and villas across Sky Rooms, Beach Villas, Overwater Villas and Overwater Pool Villas, designed by architect Bill Bensley in a contemporary tropical style. Guests choose between Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board meal plans, with on-site dining including Miss Olive Oyl for Mediterranean plates, Mr Tomyam for Thai cuisine, Café del Mar for breakfast and bean/Co for coffee.
