The Nautilus Maldives will host acclaimed pastry chef and CREAMO founder Elena Nabiullina from November 7 to 12, 2026, as the latest guest in its Masters for Masters series. Known for her technical precision and innovative flavor profiles, the 2024 WHERETOEAT Pastry Chef of the Year will introduce guests to the artistry of contemporary confectionery. Located in the Baa Atoll, the ultra-luxury resort is defined by its commitment to unscripted dining and personalized guest experiences.
During the residency, Nabiullina will conduct a masterclass on November 8, where participants can learn to prepare her signature CREAMO cookies. Additionally, all guests staying at the resort throughout the week will receive her bespoke Bublik dessert, accompanied by a narrative detailing the inspiration behind the creation. This collaboration aims to provide an intimate exchange between the chef and visitors, highlighting the craftsmanship that has shaped her career across international culinary institutions.
