.Here Baa Atoll has officially completed its dual-island concept in the Maldives with the launch of Nowhere Private Island. Situated within a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the resort features two distinct islands connected by a natural sandbank, offering a total of nine residences. While the previously opened Somewhere island focuses on social engagement, the newly debuted Nowhere is designed as an ultra-exclusive retreat intended to be reserved in its entirety by a single party.
Nowhere Private Island features two expansive properties: a five-bedroom Presidential Residence and a three-bedroom Lagoon Residence. Together, these accommodations provide over 3,300 square meters of living space, capable of hosting up to 24 guests. The architecture, led by the Kulör Group with interiors by Muza Lab, emphasizes a minimalist, nature-integrated aesthetic that utilizes earthy tones and natural materials. This final addition completes the resort’s vision of balancing vibrant communal experiences with the option for absolute seclusion.
