Located within a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the retreat prioritizes exclusivity and environmental sensitivity by distributing only nine residences across two private islands.
The project is the result of a collaborative effort between KulörGroup, Muza Lab, and Topo Design Studio, which aimed to redefine contemporary island living through a focus on spatial generosity and natural integration. By utilizing sustainable building practices and drawing aesthetic inspiration from local maritime history, the design team created a destination that balances modern comfort with the surrounding Indian Ocean environment. This nomination underscores the resort's status as a significant new addition to the Maldives' ultra-luxury hospitality landscape.
