The resort
Fairmont The Palm occupies the trunk of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, facing the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai Marina skyline. The architecture and interiors draw on Arabian heritage, with sea-foam and sand tones running through the guest rooms, suites and residence-style apartments, most of which open onto a private balcony. The resort has a private beach, eight heated swimming pools, a fitness centre, the Fairmont Falcons Kids Club for ages 18 months to 16 years, and Serenity - The Art of Well Being, its spa and thermal oasis. Dining spans a dozen outlets, from a Brazilian churrascaria and a Central Asian Silk Route kitchen to a beach club, a cigar room and a pool-level pub.
