The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort has announced its participation in the 2026 Marriott International Luxury Dining Series with a new program titled Across the Table. This initiative features a collaborative residency involving seven acclaimed chefs and beverage experts from across Asia, including two-Michelin-starred Chef Emmanuel Stroobant. Set against the backdrop of the resort’s private island in the Dhaalu Atoll, the event series focuses on refined craftsmanship and cultural storytelling through a succession of immersive culinary experiences.
The program commences on August 27 with curated wine tastings, a mixology takeover at The Whale Bar, and a four-course dinner at Orientale. The following day emphasizes a holistic approach, pairing yoga and mindfulness sessions led by Chef Stroobant with interactive four-hands cooking workshops at ALBA. Guests may access these events through a dedicated four-night stay package that incorporates the resort’s signature butler service, designed to foster deeper engagement with the destination’s unique island setting.
