The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort will host award-winning mixologist Felice Capasso this November as part of its ongoing Tastemaker Series. Recognized as the 2025 Diageo World Class Global Bartender of the Year, Capasso returns to the Dhaalu Atoll property to lead a series of specialized beverage events. Set within the resort's iconic, whale-shark-inspired overwater bar, these sessions highlight the intersection of technical precision and creative flavor development.
The residency begins on 7 November with a complimentary masterclass focused on modern mixology fundamentals. This is followed on 9 November by a limited-capacity session at the T-Pan teppanyaki venue, where guests can enjoy curated cocktail pairings alongside refined canapés. The program concludes on 10 November with a three-hour bar takeover at the Whale Bar, featuring a bespoke menu created specifically for the occasion. These events provide guests with direct access to global expertise within the resort’s secluded, high-end island environment.
