Siyam World Maldives, a sprawling 54-hectare resort in the Noonu Atoll, will transform into a fantasy realm this festive season with a program titled The Age of Legends. Beginning December 15, the island will host a series of immersive events inspired by mythical kingdoms, Viking sagas, and epic literature. The schedule features athletic training camps led by former professional footballers Nemanja Vidić and Alessandro Matri, alongside a theatrical production of the traditional Maldivian tale of Dhonhiyala and Alifulhu.
The resort’s younger guests can participate in the Dragon Rider Academy, while the broader festive calendar includes seasonal celebrations and a mysterious New Year’s Eve event where four distinct fantasy worlds are set to converge. Throughout the holiday, the resort will balance international themes with local heritage, maintaining an element of secrecy regarding final guest appearances and specific event logistics. These activities complement the property’s extensive existing amenities, which include a floating water park and an onsite horse ranch.
