The Standard, Huruvalhi Maldives has unveiled an enhanced wellness program at its overwater spa, centered on three core pillars: Recovery and Reset, Balance and Movement, and Relaxation and Healing. Located in the Raa Atoll, the resort provides a serene backdrop for these holistic offerings, which now include a new Contrast Therapy Circuit featuring steam rooms, saunas, and cold-plunge pools. This circuit is designed to boost circulation and physical recovery, complementing the spa’s existing range of traditional massage, hammam rituals, and sound healing therapies.
To further personalize the experience, the spa has introduced curated three-day wellness journeys that integrate fitness, such as private yoga or tennis coaching, with restorative treatments. These structured programs, such as the Journey to Ultimate Bliss, allow guests to tailor their stay to specific health goals. The wellness experience concludes at the Tonic Lounge, an adults-only space overlooking the lagoon, providing a dedicated environment for post-treatment relaxation.
