Located within the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, this ultra-luxury resort is using the initiative to emphasize the importance of emotional balance and human connection. The program aims to foster a supportive environment where both visitors and team members can prioritize their psychological health through shared experiences.
The curated schedule runs from May 11 to May 17 and features a variety of sessions focused on mindfulness and physical resilience. Highlights include sunrise Aqua Tai Chi, guided breathwork at the yoga pavilion, and an underwater sensory session. Culinary and therapeutic activities are also featured, such as a mindful salad-making class and ice bath therapy.
