The property holds 499 rooms and suites, rising to a Penthouse with its own pool, and is within walking distance of Yas Marina, Yas Mall and the island's theme parks. Public spaces lean loud and social rather than serene: two rooftop decks, an adults-only lounge, a sports bar, a spa and a steakhouse. It is a very different proposition to the same brand's Palm Jumeirah property in Dubai.
