The property is anchored by a glass-bottom sky pool that reaches 6.5 metres past the cliff edge some 162 metres above the water, a connected lagoon crossed by a glass-bottom bridge, and The cave - a genuine cave found during villa construction in 2013 and turned into a subterranean restaurant.

A subterranean restaurant reached by a hidden staircase, set inside a preserved cave of stalactites and crescent walls discovered during villa construction in 2013. Culinary director Ryan Clift builds seven- and ten-course seasonal menus, served under light projections cast onto the rock.
