About Raffles Bali.
Raffles Bali steps down a hillside above Jimbaran Bay on the island's southern peninsula, roughly twenty minutes from Ngurah Rai airport. The resort is entirely villa-based: 32 villas, each with a private pool and garden, are terraced across the slope so that most look out over the water. A Raffles Butler is assigned to every villa, and the grounds hold a spa, a fitness centre, an ocean-facing infinity pool, a heliport, and a natural cave uncovered during construction that is now used for private dinners. The kitchens are led by Gaetan Biesuz, whose progressive Indonesian cooking anchors the signature restaurant.

Set beside the infinity pool above the ocean, Loloan works the Pacific coast of Peru: ceviches, tiraditos and shared plates by day, then woodfire grilling of seafood and prime cuts after dark, with a pisco-led bar. Open to non-resident guests.
Iconic Writers Bar

A terrace bar at the top of the resort for sundowners and spiced cocktails, and for a traditional English afternoon tea served on bespoke china and Balinese dulang trays. The adjoining library doubles as a gallery of Balinese art.
The Farm Terrace

A rustic outdoor dining space of wooden tables beneath tropical vines, seating up to six. Dinners are built around a live grill of seafood and prime meat, with a sommelier pairing each course.
The Secret Cave
Set menu, local ingredients
A natural cave found during the resort's construction, now lit by candles and flaming torches and laid with a single table each night. A set menu of local ingredients is paired with bespoke cocktails and wine.
Purnama Honeymoon Bale
