Six Senses' second Saudi property after Southern Dunes, open since July 2026 on Hijaz Cove at AMAALA's Triple Bay. One hundred pool suites and villas step down between the desert cliffs and a private mangrove lagoon, built in local stone and timber to echo the old Red Sea coastal villages. The wellness programme is the reason to come — thermal circuits, a resident marine biologist, a cooking school and an entirely alcohol-free beverage programme of ferments and botanical infusions.

The resort's all-day restaurant, carrying Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking from a nourishing breakfast through a relaxed lunch to a livelier dinner. Everything is made from scratch under the Eat With Six Senses philosophy, which is less austere in practice than it sounds.
The signature dinner restaurant, set on the Mesa with panoramic views over the bay, where Japanese precision meets Latin American heat. The kitchen works the overlap between the two — raw preparations, charcoal, citrus and chilli — and the sunset arrives on cue.
Between the beach and the main pool, open from noon to sunset, with a menu that deliberately refuses borders: whatever eats well with sand underfoot. Fresh plates and long cold drinks, and the shortest possible walk back to a lounger.
A coffee shop on the village square that roasts its own beans on site, serving Arabian house blends alongside cold brews infused with local botanicals. The one place on the property where the resort feels like a small town.
The resort's bakery, given over to naturally leavened breads and slow, traditional methods. Everything is shaped by hand and baked fresh each morning, and it supplies the rest of the kitchens as well as its own counter.
A cooking school and gathering space running hands-on masterclasses for guests curious about Saudi ingredients, regional technique and the stories behind what they have been eating all week. Also the room used for private group sessions.
