The resort
One&Only The Palm is a boutique beach resort on the western crescent of Dubai's Palm Jumeirah, built in Andalusian style with lush gardens, courtyards and a private stretch of sand facing the city skyline. It is the smaller and more intimate of the two One&Only properties in Dubai, and accommodation runs from beachfront and Palm Manor rooms through a wide range of junior, executive and Grand Palm suites, several with private pools, to two- and three-bedroom beachfront villas with their own pools and gardens. Dining is led by a Michelin-recognised French restaurant from chef Yannick Alléno, alongside Italian, adults-only poolside and lounge venues. The resort holds a Guerlain Spa, and luxury transfers can be arranged from Dubai International Airport, around a 45-minute drive, or Abu Dhabi International, around 70 minutes. It received EarthCheck Gold Certification in 2026.
