A beachfront resort occupying twin 77-storey towers on the Jumeirah Beach Residence shoreline, linked at the top by a sky bridge. Its best-known feature is the outdoor infinity pool on Level 77, which the operator states is the world's highest outdoor infinity pool and which holds a Guinness World Record; the building holds a second record for the tallest occupiable skyscraper with a continuous facade. Rooms and suites look over the Gulf toward Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai, with a private beach, a spa and several restaurants at podium and rooftop level.
