A beachfront resort on The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence, built as two 77-storey towers on the Dubai Marina shoreline. Its best-known feature is the outdoor infinity pool on level 77, a Guinness World Record holder at 94.84 metres long and open to guests aged fourteen and above; the building itself holds a second record as the tallest occupiable skyscraper with a continuous facade. Rooms and suites face either the Arabian Gulf, Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah, or inland across the marina skyline and canal. Guests step straight onto JBR beach, and the resort adds three ground-level pools split between adults and families, a children's splash pad, a 24-hour fitness centre, the Qix Club for ages four to sixteen, and a spa on the 75th floor with nine treatment rooms. Dining runs from the beach to the rooftop. Operated by Emaar Hospitality Group under the Address Hotels + Resorts brand.

The resort's signature all-day restaurant, laid out as a series of intimate rooms rather than one hall: The Living Room for relaxed meals, The Dining Room for a more formal setting and The Library for a quiet one. The menu is internationally drawn and runs to vegan and lighter dishes; an outdoor terrace with Ain Dubai and Jumeirah Beach views opens over the cooler months.
