The Dubai outpost of the Hong Kong Chinese restaurant group, on the 73rd floor with a terrace over Bluewaters Island, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and Ain Dubai. The kitchen spans Cantonese, Shanghainese and Beijing cooking, with handmade dim sum, Kobe and wagyu beef and a 42-day apple-wood roasted Peking duck. Open Tuesday to Sunday evenings, with weekend lunch service.
