OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi is a four-star all-inclusive resort in North Malé Atoll, reached by a complimentary 15-minute speedboat transfer from Velana International Airport. The resort has 268 villas across four categories: Ocean View Rooms, Ocean View Family Two Bedrooms, Beach Villas and Water Villas, the last of which extend over the lagoon on a jetty with a design inspired by the traditional Maldivian dhoni. The Fushi Plan™ offers an all-inclusive experience covering meals, drinks, a daily 30-minute watersports session, nightly live music and DJ sets, plus daily activities such as Foam Party, Aqua Zumba, Beach Volley and more — creating a lively, energetic island escape rather than a quiet retreat. Dining centres around Element X, the main all-day dining restaurant, and the X360 poolside bar. For something beyond the all-inclusive experience, The Copper Pot Food Truck offers open-air, beachside surf and turf, while ONLY BLU offers a spectacular underwater dining experience 6.8 metres beneath the surface. Both are available as add-ons. Families are well catered for with a kids' club and dedicated family villas. While Ailafushi does not have a house reef, guests can still enjoy snorkelling around the island, with opportunities to encounter marine life, while organised excursions provide access to more developed reef sites.
