Kaiyo is the resort's Asian restaurant, introduced as the spice of Asia over water and perched at the water's edge. Dishes named by the resort include shared plates of bao bun, spring roll, satay and sushi, each infused with colour and spice.
Lunch runs from 12.30 pm to 4.00 pm and dinner from 6.30 pm to 10.00 pm. Guests arriving at sunset can also have a pre-dinner cocktail with the panorama.
