About Caravela
Caravela is the resort's fine dining restaurant, described as the setting for its most exclusive experience: a tasting journey prepared by the chef for the evening and inspired by the great maritime expeditions. The theme follows the explorers who sailed from Iberia to the tip of Africa and onwards to India.
Each course is presented as a work of art, described as multisensory and intriguing, and is paired with Old World and New World wines selected by the resort's master sommelier. Dinner is served from 7.00 pm onwards.

Located in Baa Atoll, NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort is reached by a 35-minute seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport, Malé. Domestic flight + speedboat (20 min flight to Dharavandhoo, then 15 min speedboat) is also available. Transfer arrangements are coordinated with guests' international flight details.
