Mandapa lies along the sacred Ayung River at Kedewatan, just outside Ubud, held between rice paddies, rainforest and rolling hills. Accommodation designed by Jeffrey Wilkes sets Balinese craft and natural materials against contemporary calm, and every guest is looked after by a dedicated Patih butler around the clock.
