Parkers Bourbon, Remy V.S.O.P, Benedictine, Sweet Vermouth, Angostura. Created in 1938 By Walter Bergeron, the head bartender at what is now the Carousel bar at the Monteleone Hotel, New Orleans. It is named after the French term for New Orleans's French quarter and literally translates as "old square".

Pampero Anniversario, Brown sugar, Angostura. Traditionally made with Bourbon or Rye Whiskey. Lightly sweetened with brown sugar and aromatized with Bitters. This is the most classic of vintage Cocktails dating from 1862 by Professor Jerry Thomas.

Pernod Absinthe, Jack Daniel's, Remy V.S.O.P, sugar syrup, Angostura. The "Sazerac" is a local New Orleans variation of a Cognac or whiskey cocktail, named for the Sazerac de Forge et Fils brand of Cognac brandy that served as its original main ingredient. Some claim it is the oldest known American cocktail, with origins in pre-Civil War in New Orleans, although drink historian David Wondrich is among those who dispute this, and American instances of published usage of the word cocktail to describe a mixture of spirits, bitters, and sugar can be traced to the dawn of the 19th century.

Tanqueray Gin, Grey Goose Vodka, Martini Bianco, Angostura. Vesper Martini is the famous drink ordered by James Bond in Casino Royale. The recipe for Bond's "Vesper" martini, as described in the 1953 book: Three measures of Gin, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake well. Ours calls for a much different recipe.

Remy Martin V.S.O.P, Cointreau, Lime juice. The exact origin of the sidecar is unclear, but it is thought to have been invented around the end of World War I in either London or Paris. The drink was directly named for the motorcycle attachment.
