Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers occupies Tower 1 of the five-tower Etihad Towers complex on Abu Dhabi's West Corniche in the Ras Al Akhdar area, overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The hotel has 377 rooms and suites, and the tower also carries serviced residences. Facilities include an observation deck on the 74th floor, a spa with 13 treatment rooms, three outdoor pools and a private beach, alongside around a dozen restaurants and bars. The hotel took the Conrad name in 2020, having previously traded as Jumeirah at Etihad Towers.
