Olhugiri Kandu is a pelagic-rich channel in the eastern/northeastern part of Thaa (Kolhumadulu) Atoll by Olhugiri island, where schooling fish and jacks draw large numbers of white-tip reef sharks, with tuna, eagle rays and occasional Napoleon wrasse also present. It is best dived on an inward-flowing current and is generally an intermediate-to-advanced drift dive.
