Medhufushi Thila is a pinnacle near Medhufushi island in southern Meemu (Mulaku) Atoll, with the reef top around 4-15 m and walls dropping toward 25-30 m. The slopes carry soft corals, sea fans, sponges and a colourful coral garden, with grey reef sharks patrolling the steeper sides and schools of fusiliers, snapper, trevally and tuna along the reef. Moderate currents make it a drift dive, generally suited to intermediate and advanced divers.
