Felivaru Kandu is a channel on the western rim of Lhaviyani (Faadhippolhu) Atoll near Felivaru island, between Naifaru and Hinnavaru, known for fast, sometimes challenging currents that funnel big animals in from the open ocean. It is a noted seasonal site for visiting reef manta rays and other large fish, dived as a drift along the channel reef and best suited to experienced divers.
