Sun Siyam Iru Fushi is launching a week-long Wellness Reset Programme from June 15 to 21 to coincide with Global Wellness Week. Developed in collaboration with health coach and biohacker Regina Gimranova, the initiative focuses on functional longevity and sustainable energy. Set within the serene environment of the Noonu Atoll, the resort provides a tranquil backdrop for this immersive experience, which is available to guests aged 18 and older.
The curriculum is structured to transition participants from high-stress routines into a state of physical and mental expansion. Daily schedules include morning yoga sessions followed by evening workshops that explore topics such as neuroplasticity, emotional intelligence, and cortisol regulation. Through somatic practices and breathwork, the programme aims to shift the body from a state of chronic stress to one of lasting stillness. Participants will also receive practical tools to maintain their newfound vitality and balance once they return to their daily lives.
