Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa has announced the launch of its Masters of Food & Wine series, a season-long culinary program running from October 2026 through April 2027. This initiative features six internationally acclaimed, Michelin-starred chefs who will visit the remote Huvadhu Atoll to host exclusive dining events. Each chapter of the series is timed to coincide with significant seasonal milestones, ranging from Chinese Golden Week and the year-end holidays to Easter.
Located 55 kilometers from the equator, the resort utilizes its pristine natural environment to frame these gastronomic experiences. The guest chefs will blend their distinct culinary heritages—spanning Cantonese, Tuscan, and contemporary European traditions—with local ingredients sourced from the Indian Ocean. By integrating global expertise with the property’s commitment to sustainable, locally inspired gastronomy, the series aims to provide a unique intersection of high-end craftsmanship and the island’s untouched marine landscape.
