Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa will host its inaugural Michelin-starred dining series this July, featuring Executive Chef Fabrice Rosso of IDAM by Alain Ducasse. Located in the remote Huvadhu Atoll, the resort is celebrated for its commitment to sustainability and its world-class house reef. The collaboration, part of the brand’s global Masters of Food & Wine program, includes two distinct events on July 17 and July 20, 2026.

The first evening presents a six-course Mediterranean-inspired menu paired with premium French and Italian wines. This will be followed by a Four Hands dinner, where Chef Rosso will partner with the resort’s Executive Chef, Davide Allievi, to blend French and Italian culinary traditions. Both evenings will be guided by WSET-certified sommelier Harsh P. S. Chauhan, emphasizing a fusion of contemporary technique and seasonal ingredients sourced from the island’s unique surroundings.
