Lily Beach Resort & Spa in the South Ari Atoll has confirmed a partnership with Michelin-starred chef Grégoire Berger for August 2026. Known for his work at Dubai’s Kraken restaurant, Berger is celebrated for a progressive French culinary style that draws thematic inspiration from marine environments. This collaboration marks a significant addition to the resort's reputation as a pioneer of premium all-inclusive hospitality in the Maldives.
During his residency, Chef Berger will host an intimate fine-dining event for a select group of guests. He will also debut a bespoke dish at the property's AQVA Bar & Restaurant. This initiative aligns with the resort’s ongoing strategy to integrate high-end gastronomic experiences into its comprehensive Platinum Plan, further distinguishing its diverse collection of dining venues.
