Coco Bodu Hithi has been named the Indian Ocean’s Most Romantic Resort at the 2026 World Travel Awards, marking the third year in a row the property has secured this title. Located in the North Malé Atoll, the resort offers a secluded escape featuring 100 villas, each equipped with a private pool. This latest accolade is complemented by global nominations for both the resort and its parent brand, Coco Collection, in categories recognizing romantic excellence and boutique hospitality.
The resort attributes these honors to the dedication of its diverse staff and their focus on personalized guest service. As the year concludes, the island is preparing for its festive program, Island Glow: Moments Made to Remember.
