About Sand

Sand is a beachfront dinner restaurant, open from 7 pm to 10 pm and set at the water's edge where powder-soft sand meets the sea. Guests dine under the moon on open-air decks or in private cabanas, and the stated dress code is "barefoot and ready for feasting".

The food is inspired by the Indian Ocean: seafood, tender grills and local spice, with local dishes and refined favourites on the menu. The restaurant has an extensive wine and cellar offering, and a sommelier helps with pairings. Beverage and kids menus are published alongside the dining menu.
