About Etesian

Etesian opens from 7 pm to 10 pm with a chef-curated set menu experience. Its regularly evolving tasting menus celebrate refined Italian flavours, and the resort lists the cuisine as European and Mediterranean. Dishes named on the page include herb-crusted lamb rack, a seafood caprese of salt and pepper prawns, squid carpaccio and burrata cream, slow-roasted vitello tonnato, and wahoo ceviche with beetroot juice and compressed watermelon.
