The resort
The Retreat Palm Dubai - MGallery Collection is a beachfront wellness resort on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, and the first property in the region to carry the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism's wellness-hotel classification. It holds 255 rooms and suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, and the top category adds a rooftop terrace with a whirlpool bath. At its centre is the Rayya Wellness Centre, a holistic wellness facility using organic products and running structured retreat programmes. In line with that philosophy the resort serves no alcohol; its dining concepts are built around nutritious cooking with locally sourced produce, including vegan and paleo-friendly menus. There is a private beach, a pool, a fitness centre and a club lounge for higher room categories. Nakheel Mall, The Pointe and Aquaventure Waterpark are nearby, and both Dubai airports are about thirty minutes away.
