About Thila

Thila is an overwater restaurant perched above the Indian Ocean, with a view of the underwater world beneath your feet. It is open for breakfast from 8 am to 10.30 am and dinner from 7 pm to 9.30 pm, with a resort chic dress code at dinner. Breakfast is served beneath a cream-coloured canopy, and a table for two can be reserved on the overwater deck for dinner.

Dinner dishes include cured sous vide salmon fillet with Oscietra Giaveri caviar, a Gabulhi ceviche of virgin coconut, pineapple and lime, a raw bar and lobster from Thila's aquarium. Mains range from mascarpone porcini ravioli and miso quinoa to duck breast, veal cheek, Maldivian lobster curry and mahi mahi. Breakfast, dinner, kids and dessert menus are published.
