The resort
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab opened in 2025 on a purpose-built peninsula next to Jumeirah Al Naseem, laid out around a superyacht marina with the Arabian Gulf on the other side. Rooms and suites face either the marina or the ocean, each with a private terrace, and sizes are quoted inclusive of that terrace; the largest suites carry wrap-around terraces of up to 460 sq m with plunge pools and 180-degree views from Jumeirah Burj Al Arab to Burj Khalifa. Suites come with butler assistance and access to the Iliana Pool Club. Dining is the hotel's centrepiece, running from Greek cooking at Iliana on the beach to Italian at Rialto, Japanese at Umi Kei, Indian at The Bombay Club and pastry by Pierre Herme, alongside a spa, gym and kids' club. It sits on Jumeirah Road in Umm Suqeim, a short distance from Madinat Jumeirah.
