A contemporary hotel on a purpose-built peninsula beside the Burj Al Arab in Umm Suqeim, opened in 2025 as the third property in Jumeirah's nautical trio alongside the Burj Al Arab and Mina Al Salam. The building is a stacked, curving white form with ribbon balconies, and its rooms are split between marina-facing and ocean-facing categories, most with terraces. It has its own marina frontage, spa and restaurant collection, and sits within walking reach of the wider Madinat Jumeirah estate.
