JOALI BEING is an upscale adults-only wellness retreat on Bodufushi Island in Raa Atoll, reached by a 45-minute seaplane transfer from Male. The 68-villa property spans roughly 14 hectares and is positioned as the Maldives' first dedicated wellbeing resort, built around four pillars: mind, skin, microbiome, and energy. Three restaurants follow an earth-to-table philosophy, including Flow for plant-forward cuisine, Mojo for juice and elixir blends, and Aktar for herbal tonics prepared in a traditional apothecary. Each stay begins with a personalised wellbeing consultation and bespoke programme covering yoga, sound healing, hydrotherapy, and treatments in the extensive AKL Hydrotherapy Hall.
