About Fundu Lagoon.
Fundu Lagoon is a small, boat-access-only retreat set on a mangrove-fringed beach on the south-western shore of Pemba Island, in the Zanzibar archipelago. Thatched roofs shelter tented rooms and suites that follow the contour where jungle meets shoreline, each with its own terrace and ocean outlook. The property gathers four bars, an open-sided restaurant, a deep-water jetty, a fusion spa, a hillside infinity pool and a five-star PADI dive centre. Meals and soft drinks are included because of the remote setting, and the hotel does not accept children under twelve.
