The resort
A resort on the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah, opened in 2023 as the second and separate Atlantis property in Dubai, a few hundred metres from Atlantis, The Palm. It is built as stacked, offset blocks across two towers joined by a sky bridge, with the Skyblaze fountain choreographing water, light and fire on the beachfront below. Accommodation starts at 55 sqm guest rooms and reaches a four-bedroom Royal Mansion spanning both towers, and 44 suites and signature penthouses have their own private pools. Guests get unlimited access to Aquaventure World and the Lost World Aquarium next door, a private stretch of coastline, the AWAKEN spa with thermal pools, steam rooms and hammam rituals, and AWAKEN Fitness. Dining is chef-led, and a Royal Club tier adds a private lounge with all-day dining. Operated by Kerzner International.

A New York import serving old-school Italian-American cooking with tuxedoed captains, Caesar salad prepared tableside and a room that turns theatrical as the evening goes on. Dinner is served nightly with the bar running later; family seating early, and thirteen years and above from later in the evening.
Costas Spiliadis's Greek restaurant, built around a seafood market display where the day's catch is chosen at the table, with views of the resort's Skyblaze Fountain. The cooking is deliberately simple and ingredient-led, drawing on sustainably sourced fish and Aegean produce. Lunch and dinner are served.

The first pool and beach club from chef Nobu Matsuhisa, pairing Nobu classics with a beachside setting of cabanas and poolside cocktails. The pool runs through the day and the restaurant and bar into the evening; the pool is restricted to guests aged twenty-one and above.
A food hall laid out across seventeen live cooking stations, serving international dishes alongside meats, seafood, salads and desserts, with made-to-order specialities throughout. This is where the resort's included breakfast is served, daily through the morning, with a later weekend service and dinner in the evening.
