Atlantis The Royal opened on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah in 2023 as Kerzner's second Atlantis in Dubai, standing a few hundred metres along the beach from Atlantis, The Palm. The building is a composition of stacked, cantilevered rectangular blocks arranged as linked towers — a deliberate break from the arched, sandstone-coloured original next door. Accommodation runs from guest rooms and Royal Club rooms up to sky pool villas and signature penthouses, and the dining roster is chef-led, with Ling Ling, Milos and Nobu by the Beach among the venues.
