Located in the Dhaalu Atoll, the resort prioritizes a zero-waste beverage program that utilizes ingredients to their fullest potential. Staff members now produce artisanal garnishes by dehydrating organic citrus peels on-site, effectively reducing the need for imported goods while maintaining a focus on local authenticity.
To further integrate the island’s natural resources, the bar team incorporates fresh herbs and seasonal greens harvested directly from the property’s own gardens.
