Sun Siyam Iru Veli commemorated Maldives Children’s Day on May 10th by hosting a series of community-focused events and recreational activities for young guests. As part of the Sun Siyam Cares initiative, the resort team visited the nearby Bandidhoo School to present a celebratory cake, strengthening the ongoing partnership between the property and the local island community. This collaboration underscores the resort’s commitment to maintaining meaningful ties with its neighbors in the Dhaalu Atoll.
Back at the resort, the Turtle Kidz Club organized a festive beach gathering at Magoodhoo, featuring traditional games such as tug-of-war, kite flying, and relay races. These events were designed to foster family connection and provide an engaging environment for younger travelers. Known for its collection of private-pool villas, the resort continues to emphasize family-oriented programming alongside its broader sustainability and community outreach efforts.
