Drawing inspiration from the historic seafaring vessels that once linked Spain to the Indian Ocean, the restaurant aims to offer a narrative-driven dining experience that reflects the legacy of global trade routes.
The current offering includes a seven-course degustation menu, with future plans to expand into three distinct tasting experiences that trace specific historical maritime journeys. Guests are guided through these culinary stories via nautical-themed menus and storytelling, complemented by a wine list featuring selections from various regions along the original trade paths. Located within the resort’s collection of five dining venues, this intimate, limited-seating space emphasizes a thematic connection between gastronomy and historical exploration.
