This October, Milaidhoo Maldives welcomes Chef Laurence Tan, Head Chef of Singapore’s Michelin-starred JAG, for two exceptional culinary experiences on the island.
Milaidhoo Maldives will host Chef Laurence Tan of Singapore’s Michelin-starred restaurant JAG for two exclusive culinary events this October. Known for his focus on seasonality and technical precision, Tan will lead an intimate cooking masterclass on 16 October, followed by a curated five-course dinner for a limited group of 16 guests on 17 October. The menu features sophisticated dishes such as Gambero Rosso with Jerusalem artichoke, lobster ravioli, and Tajima Wagyu tenderloin, concluding with a dark chocolate parfait.
Located in the secluded Baa Atoll, this ultra-luxury resort provides an ideal backdrop for such high-profile gastronomic collaborations. The residency highlights the chef's transition from his early training at The White Rabbit to his current leadership at JAG, where he has maintained the establishment's Michelin status. These sessions offer visitors a unique opportunity to engage with Tan’s culinary philosophy and refined techniques within the tranquil setting of the island’s private villas and dining venues.
