Milaidhoo Maldives marked World Ocean Day 2026 by hosting students, educators, and parents from the neighboring Kudarikilu School for a day of marine conservation education. Situated within the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Baa Atoll, the ultra-luxury resort utilized its unique surroundings to facilitate hands-on learning regarding the delicate ecosystems of the Maldives.
Led by the resort’s marine biology team, the group participated in interactive discussions concerning local biodiversity and the global threats facing marine environments.
