SushiSamba Dubai is set to host a three-night pop-up at The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, bringing its signature fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine to the Indian Ocean. The residency will take place at the resort’s EAU Bar from September 25 to 27, 2026. Known for its minimalist architecture and dedicated Aris Meeha butler service, the resort provides a tranquil setting for this high-energy culinary event.
Led by Brand Chef Kitak Lee, the takeover will feature a bespoke menu and craft cocktails served across two nightly seatings. The experience aims to replicate the vibrant atmosphere of the original Dubai venue, incorporating live samba performances alongside the dinner service. This collaboration highlights a growing trend of international dining destinations expanding their reach to the Maldives, offering guests an immersive blend of global culinary artistry and theatrical entertainment against the backdrop of the North Malé Atoll.
