White label · US advisors

A white label travel agency website, in your name.

White label means your client sees your brand and never ours. For a US advisor that is a website under your name and address, with our Maldives resort catalog already inside it and every enquiry landing in your inbox.

I

What white label means in travel.

In travel, white label covers three things: the website and its address, the content and inventory behind it, and the client relationship. In a real white label arrangement the first and the third are yours, and a supplier provides the second.

It is not a referral, where you send the client to someone else's website and they own the relationship. It is not a reseller deal either, where you sell the supplier's own brand. The test is simple: whose name is on the website, the emails and the conversation?

On our side the supplier is the Maldives. Resortlife is a destination management company based in Malé. We have worked with resorts since 2006 and hold direct contracts with more than 180 of them. A white label site puts that catalog under your brand.

II

Three ways to run a branded agency.

Host agencies, website builders and white label sites solve different problems, and they can be combined. The table shows the general shape. Terms vary a lot between hosts, so read it as a map and not as a review of any one company.

III

What the site includes.

Everything below is in the product today. Items marked Growth or Pro come with those plans.

I

Your name.

A website that carries your brand, and only yours.

  • A free address on resortlife.travel, or your own domain, connected by our team.
  • Switch off the “Powered by Resortlife” line and nothing of ours remains.
  • Five themes, six font pairings, colors taken from your logo.
  • Draft, preview on desktop and phone, publish when it’s right.
  • English, Arabic, Russian, German, Italian or Polish.
  • Six homepage layouts to start from.Growth

II

Our islands.

IV

What it does not do.

  • No online checkout. Your site collects enquiries. You arrange the stay with your client and book it with our team. Online booking and payment are not built.

  • Not a host agency. Resortlife does not provide accreditation numbers, commission splits or training. If you need those, a host agency is the usual starting point, and some hosts allow a branded site beside their program.

  • Not your compliance. Seller-of-travel registration, insurance and client-money rules depend on your state and your structure, and they stay yours to sort out. Our guide to starting a travel agency covers the basics.

  • English catalog text. Your site's menus, buttons and forms can run in six languages. Resort descriptions and the privacy and terms pages stay in English for now.

  • No published prices. Plans are agreed per agency, so we do not list them here.

V

Who it fits.

It fits an advisor or agency that already has clients, or a clear plan to find them, and wants to offer the Maldives without sending anyone to another company's website.

  • You sell, or want to sell, the Maldives and other long-haul beach trips.

  • You have a brand, or you are ready to build one, and you want your own address.

  • You are comfortable taking enquiries and booking the stay yourself with a supplier.

  • If you work under a host agency, read your agreement first. Some hosts restrict outside branding.

VI

How it starts.

A person on our team reviews each application. The form asks for your agency name, country, website and the kind of agency you run. Then we set up your workspace, you choose the look, and you publish when it is right.

Questions

Good to know.

What is a white label travel agency?

A travel agency that sells under its own brand while a supplier provides the product behind it. You own the name, the website address and the client relationship. The supplier provides the inventory, the content and the technology.

Is a white label travel agency the same as a host agency?

No. A host agency usually lets you work as an independent contractor under its legal entity and accreditation, in exchange for a share of your commission. A white label site gives you a branded website and a product to sell. It does not give you accreditation or put you under anyone's entity. You can use both if your host agreement allows your own branding.

Can clients book and pay on the site?

Not yet. Your site collects enquiries, and on the Pro plan the AI concierge passes contacts to you. You arrange the stay with your client and book it with our team.

Can I sell trips other than the Maldives?

Yes. On Growth and Pro you publish your own packages for any destination, with your own prices, photographs and descriptions. Every plan can add pages of its own for your other services.

Do I need a developer?

No. We set up your workspace and connect your address. You choose the look and press Publish. For your own domain you add one DNS record, and our team connects it.

Who owns the clients and the enquiries?

You do. Enquiries go to your inbox and your team, and Resortlife's advertising tags never run on your site. Only the analytics and ad tags you add run there, and only after a visitor agrees.

What does it cost?

Plans are agreed per agency. Starter covers your branded site and an enquiry inbox. Growth adds your own packages, specials, the map and a pipeline. Pro adds an AI concierge and an image studio. Tell us about your agency and we will recommend the one that fits.

How do I apply?

Use the application form. A person on our team reviews it, we set up your workspace, and you publish when you are happy with it.

See it with your agency's name.

Type your agency's name into the brand lab and watch the site re-theme around it, or apply for a workspace and we will set it up with you.
