About SURF
SURF is the resort's grill restaurant, which it describes as an island-style steakhouse and its signature grill, a celebration of land and sea. Guests choose from prime cuts of meat flown in from all over the world, or from the bounty of local waters caught by the fishermen of the neighbouring island. The selection is then grilled over glowing charcoal and served sizzling hot.
Dinner is served from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and the restaurant is open on Tuesday and Saturday.
